The E6000 Multi-Purpose Adhesive Glue in a 3.7 oz tube can be used with both oil and water-based paints, or can be painted over with either type of paint. This waterproof adhesive features a unique formula that makes it ideal for multi-media art and allows for strong, flexible bonding of virtually all types of porous and non-porous surfaces, including glass, wood, metal, rubber, plastic, and ceramics. It is tough – 2x stronger and 60x more flexible than polyurethane, non-flammable once cured, and temperature resistant – unaffected by extreme heat or cold once cured. It is also chemical resistant, making it safe for applications exposed to dilute acids and dilute caustics. Additionally, it is waterproof and can be submerged in fresh and salt water after complete curing. The adhesive is paintable to match the surrounding area, making it UV-resistant, and it is flexible – excellent for bonding items subject to vibration.
